Describe, in detail, the protagonist of your selected novel. Include physical characteristics as well as personal, emotional, and intellectual ones. Then describe the setting of your novel and analyze how that setting effects the challenges or obstacles the protagonist is facing thus far.

- As you know, main characters are usually both round and dynamic. Using specific instances from your novel, list three personality traits that create “roundness” in your protagonist, and provide an example where each is evident in the novel.
- Then, explain the significant changes your character experienced from the beginning of ‘ the novel to the end that make him/her dynamic.
- How did your character resolve the central conflict? If he/she did not, then how was the conflict resolved?
- What did he/she learn as a result?
- What can we, as human beings, learn from his/her experience? Write this as a theme statement.
